Sister Thoughts- Marilyn Lines

I lived three houses from the back entrance of the Oakland Temple grounds. I watched the temple get built from my home. President David O. McKay came to dedicate the temple. I and some others were able to visit and shake hands with him. It was a special spiritual experience. I could feel a warm feeling and glow about him and knew he was a true prophet of our Heavenly Father. Later, my husband Wayne and I were married in the Oakland Temple.
