Relief Society Play Group

For any or all who is interested there is a play group that gets together every Friday from about 9:30 or 10 until the kids or the Mom's are done having fun. The Park that we go to is Mountain View park which is on 8th (Adobe) and Lindsay behind the Fire House. Hope to see you all there.

After my son Merlin turned a year old, I started to have a lot of problems. I found out that I had a large cyst and then discovered that I had endometriosis. I was so afraid that I could not have any more children. Later my husband and I went to the San Diego Temple. During the session I started to hear a baby crying behind me. I looked around but could not find where it was coming from. There for a while I forgot that I was even in the Temple where babies do not go inside sessions. I continued to hear that baby crying. I knew that I would be able to have a least one more child to add to my family. Well as you know I added two more babies to my family. I continued to battle the endometriosis til after Isis was born.

I know Heavenly Father loves me and cares what happens to my family. He has given me so many blessings. I could never name them all. I am grateful for the Temple and have a desire to try to go there more often. I have such a wonderful husband that helps me when I get down. I have wonderful visiting teachers that love me and show me what life can really be about no matter what our trials are. I have five beautiful children that loves the scriptures and loves me. They help me remember why we are here. I am so grateful for a living Prophet who guides us through the problems of the world. In the name of Jesus Christ, Amen.

Relief Society Book Club Group

Hi Sisters,

Here is information about the Relief Society Book Group that just started...

They are currently reading Trespass by Sandra Grey. She is an LDS author. This book is the 3rd book in a series.

If you would like to read the first two books they are: Traitor and Tribunal.

The book group will be meeting on a Tuesday in January to discuss Trespass and to pick another book.
